We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative start-up that is looking for multiple Senior Full Stack Developers to join their growing team. About the Company: Our client is a rapidly expanding start-up focused on developing cutting-edge digital solutions. They are committed to leveraging the latest technologies to transform user experiences and streamline operations. They value creativity, collaboration, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Role Overview: Our client is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers. In this role, you will design and develop scalable web applications, build robust backend systems, and integrate third-party services. This hybrid position requires one day per week in their London office, Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive web applications using React, NextJS, and NodeJS. Build and manage server-side applications with Kotlin and PostgreSQL. Integrate external REST APIs and third-party services, Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Utilize Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming to maintain a high standard of code quality. Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including ECS and related services. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making. Required Skills and Experience: 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Strong knowledge of React, NextJS, NodeJS, Kotlin, and PostgreSQL. Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS (ECS, Lambda, etc.). Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines. Experience with agile development practices, such as TDD and pair programming. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
