Junior Software Developer

At Pukka-j we have been developing specialist software for the medical industry for over 20 years, with our software used in hospitals throughout the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic software developer to join our small development team at our new Darlington office . Key Responsibilities: Review customer and product requirements and provide solutions. Design, code, and unit test software. Developing product features for current and future software. Install, configure, troubleshoot and support new & existing software. Required Skills: Good analytical skills. Knowledge of best practice software engineering processes and techniques. Javascript and/or Java Desirable Skills: Software Engineering, Mathematical or Scientific based degree. SQL (MySQL, SQL Server).
