Supervise kitchen staff, maintaining efficient workflow and high hygiene standards. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to minimize waste. Actively participate in cooking and preparation, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Train and develop junior kitchen staff, offering guidance on techniques and procedures. Ensure all dishes meet our high standards through regular quality checks on taste, presentation, and portion control. Requirements: Experience of 2 years of working in a similar high end environment.
