RPA Developer (Blue Prism) Location: Worcestershire, hybrid working 2 days per week Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £42,005 with a great benefits package Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting greenfield project where you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions from the ground up, significantly impacting our business processes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism for a greenfield project. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and update existing RPA solutions to adapt to changing business needs. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Document RPA solutions, including process design, development, and maintenance procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a strong focus on Blue Prism. Proficiency in Blue Prism development, including process design, coding, and debugging. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into automated solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Relevant certifications in Blue Prism are a plus.
