Senior consultant – Strategy and Operations Core3 are delighted to partner with a Fintech scale up within capital markets to recruit a Senior consultant – strategy and operations, based in central London. £100,000-£120,000 plus bonus and hybrid working. How you’ll make an impact You will work directly with the C-suite executives to lead strategic projects and shape the future of their global operations. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in fintech and program management to make a tangible impact on a fast-growing company. Whilst being capable of extracting relevant insights to support strategic decision- making and communicating clearly with well-considered recommendations. Strategic Project Management: Lead the design, review, and build-out of strategic projects focused on corporate governance, internationalization, entity structuring, business development, client success, operations, and legal, risk, and compliance. C-Suite Collaboration: Work closely with the C-suite to identify and address strategic challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth. Program Management: Manage large-scale international programs, ensuring successful execution within budget, timeline, and quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and partners. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate will be an imaginative and strategic thinker as well as a strong communicator. They will be highly numerate and in control of the detail, while also being able to step back to see the bigger picture and so maintain an overarching strategic perspective. Proven experience managing large-scale international programs within Financial Services, ideally at Senior Manager or Director level. Deep understanding of corporate governance, internationalization, entity structuring, business development, client success, operations, and legal, risk, and compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
