Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Engage with clients to determine project requirements, both on calls and in person. Environment Setup: Set up staging environments within servers to build new websites. Web Design & Development: Design and build responsive websites for clients using page builders like Elementor (WordPress) or Shopify, ensuring optimal performance across all devices. Website Maintenance: Conduct monthly maintenance on client websites hosted by us, ensuring they run smoothly. Updates & Modifications: Make updates and changes to existing websites as requested by clients. SEO Optimization: Ensure new websites are optimized for search engines to enhance visibility and performance. Tracking Implementation: Set up necessary tracking elements on new websites to monitor performance and user engagement. Imagery & Icon Sourcing: Where required, source relevant imagery and icons to enhance the visual appeal of websites. Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience: Web/Graphic Design Passion: A strong interest in web design and graphic design is essential. Design Software Skills: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or InDesign is ideal. WordPress Experience: Familiarity with WordPress, particularly in designing or building with visual page builders. HTML & CSS Knowledge: Understanding of HTML and CSS is desired. Server Knowledge: A basic understanding of how servers work, including allocating space, is a plus. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management are essential. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, with a proactive approach to learning and development. Self-Starter: You must be a self-motivated individual, which is particularly important when working from home.
